What are your rates, membership options, and their respective costs?

We understand that fitness is a highly personal journey, and we believe in tailoring our services to meet your unique needs. That’s why we don’t provide fi xed rates online or over the phone. Instead, we prefer to have a one-on-one consultation with you.

During your consultation, we take the time to get to know you, your goals, and your current situation. This allows us to create a personalized fitness plan and discuss pricing options that align with your specific needs. We want to ensure that you get the most value from your investment in your health and well-being.

Rest assured that we are committed to providing competitive and transparent pricing that suits your budget and objectives. We aim to help you achieve your fitness goals in the most effective and cost-efficient way possible.

Do you offer discounts or promotions for students/seniors/military personnel?

Yes, we offer 5% discounts on any of our packages purchased and waive our one-time administration fee towards our membership.

Is personal training suitable for beginners or all fitness levels?

Absolutely, from beginners to advanced.

Can I try a workout before committing to a personal training session?

Yes, we offer a free training session which we schedule after our initial consultation for personal training. When a membership is purchased, you receive a free training session.

Do you provide nutritional guidance or meal-planning services?

Yes, we have a dietitian on site.

Are there classes or group fitness sessions available, and how do I join?

We offer a yoga/mobility class every Saturday at 9 a.m. You can book on the Calendly link, but our members and clients are free.

What safety measures do you have in place, especially in light of the current health situation (e.g., COVID-19)?

Clients and members are responsible for not arriving when sick and are rescheduled when symptomatic.

All equipment is cleaned after use with disinfectant.

Staff is vaccinated and tested whenever exposed or symptomatic.

Are there locker and shower facilities available at the gym?

Our facility has lockers, water, and towels, but we do not have showers available.

What should I wear/bring to a workout session or personal training appointment?

The initial consultation does not require any workout attire. If a free session is scheduled, you’ll wear the proper workout attire to your training session.
